After you place an order, we will provide a high-resolution preview. We offer unlimited revisions; printing and framing will only proceed once you are 100% satisfied and have confirmed your approval.
What are the company's payment terms?
For bulk buyers, payment terms are either 100% upfront or a 30% deposit followed by the remaining 70% balance before shipment.
What shipping methods are available?
We support international shipping by sea, road, and air, with solutions tailored to your specific needs. Buyers may appoint their own freight forwarders or request delivery to a designated warehouse in China. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the shipment's weight, volume, and destination. Our customer service team will confirm the cost with you directly, and the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees.
