GILIPET – Honoring the Bond. Supporting the Healers.

It all started with a dog named Zhima (Gingili). To me, she was never “just a pet.” She was family—my shadow, my comfort, my daily dose of unconditional love.

And because I loved her so fiercely, I found myself haunted by an unthinkable question: What if one day, she’s not here?

That fear led me down a path I never expected—into the world of pet aftercare and memorial products. I discovered that while the pain of loss is universal, the tools to help us heal are often impersonal, generic, and fail to capture the unique soul of the pet we have lost.

I realized I could not stop the inevitable. But I could help families honor the journey. I could create beautiful, tangible keepsakes that celebrate a life, rather than just mourn a loss.

That is how GILIPET was born. The name is a tribute to my beloved Zhima—inspired by the final syllables of her name, “GILI.” Because every pet, like every name, is one of a kind.

Today, GILIPET exists to help pet professionals—stores, shelters, and aftercare providers—offer families more than just products. We offer comfort, dignity, and a way to say, “Your love mattered, and it will always be remembered.”
